1. General Provisions and Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this agreement:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the bombet Platform, containing personal information, transaction history, gaming activity, and account balance.
• "Bet" means any wager, stake, or gaming transaction placed by a User on games, events, or outcomes available through the bombet Platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives offered by bombet subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, table game, or other gaming product accessible through the bombet Platform.
• "Platform" means the bombet website, mobile applications, and all associated software, services, and infrastructure.
• "Real Money" means legal tender deposited by Users into their bombet Account for the purpose of placing Bets, as distinguished from Bonus funds or demonstration credits.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's bombet Account to their designated payment method, subject to verification and processing requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

All Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of Account registration. bombet operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
2. You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of Account registration and during all Platform usage.
3. You are not legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under any applicable laws or regulations.
4. All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update such information as necessary.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or entity.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To access bombet services, Users must complete the registration process and create a unique Account. During registration, you agree to provide:

• Valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number for account verification and two-factor authentication
• Email address for account communications and notifications

bombet reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, location, and payment methods before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days may result in Account suspension or termination.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the bombet Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent Account restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bombet supports various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI and BDO, and cryptocurrency options. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through electronic wallet services such as GCash and PayMaya typically process instantly, while bank transfers may require 24-48 hours for confirmation. bombet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the transaction process and may vary based on your chosen payment method and Account status.

3.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Users may request withdrawals of available Account balances subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must be fully verified with all required identification documents submitted and approved.
2. Withdrawals must be processed to payment methods registered in your legal name matching your Account information.
3. Bonus wagering requirements, if applicable, must be satisfied before withdrawing associated winnings.
4. bombet reserves the right to conduct security reviews and request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
5. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5-15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, 24 hours for bank transfers, and 48-72 hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals.

bombet may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on Account status, transaction history, and applicable regulations. VIP members may qualify for expedited processing and higher withdrawal limits.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

bombet maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with Philippine regulations and international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to frequent deposits and immediate withdrawal requests without gaming activity, may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and temporary Account restrictions.

4. Gaming Rules and Restrictions

4.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the bombet Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all Bet details, including game selection, stake amount, and selected options, before confirmation. Technical errors, including but not limited to display malfunctions or incorrect odds, void affected Bets at bombet's discretion.

4.2 Game-Specific Rules

Each Game available on bombet is governed by specific rules detailed in the game information section. Users are responsible for understanding game rules, paytables, and mechanics before placing Real Money Bets. In the event of conflicting rules between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular Game.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the bombet Platform:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence to place Bets
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in Platform software
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or false identification
• Using VPN services or proxy servers to misrepresent your physical location
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim promotional offers repeatedly
• Money laundering or using bombet services for illegal financial transactions

Violation of prohibited activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

bombet offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, each subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the promotional material. General bonus provisions include:

1. Bonuses are available only to Users who meet eligibility requirements specified in the promotional terms.
2. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.
3. Different games contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements, as specified in the bonus terms.
4. Bonuses typically expire after a specified time period if wagering requirements are not completed.
5. bombet reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if bonus terms are violated or abusive patterns are detected.

Users can opt out of receiving promotional communications or decline specific bonuses through their Account settings. Declining a bonus does not affect eligibility for future promotions unless specifically stated in promotional terms.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bombet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activities. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our responsibility seriously to provide assistance and support.

6.1 Age Verification

All Users must be 21 years of age or older. bombet employs strict age verification procedures during Account registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, with deposits refunded and winnings forfeited.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Loss limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds over specified time periods

• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months

6.3 Self-Exclusion Procedures

Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gaming may request self-exclusion by contacting bombet customer support. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked, you will be unable to access bombet services, and you will not receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. bombet does not process requests to reopen self-excluded Accounts before the specified period expires.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the bombet Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of bombet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bombet Platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of bombet intellectual property may result in legal action and damages claims.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, BOMBET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF BOMBET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

bombet provides the Platform and services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bombet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall bombet's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the amount of deposits made by that User during the three (3) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of bombet services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Users agree to attempt resolution through bombet's internal complaint procedures. Submit disputes to customer support at [email protected] with detailed information about the nature of your complaint. bombet will investigate and respond to complaints within fifteen (15) business days.

10. Termination of Services

10.1 Termination by User

Users may close their bombet Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding debts, pending wagering requirements, or disputed transactions.

10.2 Termination by bombet

bombet reserves the right to suspend or terminate User Accounts immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for Terms violation, bombet may withhold Account balances and winnings pending investigation.

11. Modifications to Terms

bombet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification and prominent display on the Platform. Continued use of bombet services following Terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. Users who do not agree with modified Terms must cease Platform use and close their Account.
